Reposting from Myspace
I used to post a lot on Myspace. While the blogging feature sucked, I really liked the community element, and the fact that I could blog, and have people respond. And now here I am on Vox, and, I think most people would agree, I am totally in love with it. My myspace blog got some good exposure, and actually helped get me published in some small literary magazines. I've been a little morose about the fact that I kind of "shot my load" over on myspace in regards to my poetry. I've been thinking, though, that there are, what, like only two people here on Vox who know me from Myspace, so why not just post my stuff like it's brand new? Plus, I've had poet's block for a year now (stupid traumatic events that kill all creative urges!), and I think putting all that stuff up will help inspire me to get to work again.
